Tata Steel Ltd hosted its first ‘Fabricator’s Meet’ on September 3 and ‘Retailer’s Meet’ on September 5 in association with Jagadamba Enterprises, the sole distributor of Tata Steelium in Nepal since 2004. Both programmes were attended by senior executives from Tata Steel and their channel partners in Nepal — Jagadamba Enterprises and their retailers. During these programmes, different and innovative applications of Tata Steelium were discussed with fabricators and the best fabricators were awarded. Tata steel is currently the sixth largest steel maker in the world and it has been ranked the “World’s 1” steel plant for the last three consecutive years by ‘World Steel Dynamics’. This is Tata Steel’s centenary year.
