A team of Nepal Vegetable Ghee and Oil Manufacturers’ Association, led by its president Kamal Begani and Kush Kumar Joshi, president of FNCCI discussed on vegetable ghee industry’s problem. They urged to scrap import tax on raw materials for vegetable ghee. “Due to new Indian policy, we are in trouble,” they said, adding that it has not only effected revenue collection but also will make 8,000 unemployed. — HNS
