UWTC starts booking

Kathmandu, August 29:

A six-storey United World Trade Centre (UWTC) under construction at the heart of capital, Tripureshwor, that has about 700 rooms equipped with all facilities, in a bid to support for increasing business and economic activities.

The UWTC, developed by United Builders and Engineers Pvt Ltd, is the biggest ‘trade house’ in the capital, which is expected to become an economic hub, said Sukunta Lal Hirachan, managing director of UBEP at the soft-launching function held yesterday. Hirachan hoped that the building would be instrumental to drive the business and economic activities and would be milestone in the context of Nepal becoming a transit point for enhancing its economy. UWTC parking space can accommodate 300 cars and 600 motorcycles at a time. It is equipped with a swimming pool, health club, modernised party palace, ultra modern techno conference room, and offices of financial institutions, NG-Os and governmental organisations and sophisticated clinic. Booking for the space has already be-en opened up on the first come first service basis.
