Kathmandu, November 21:

After a 10-month-long battle for the ownership of domestic casino industry, Rakesh Wadhwa has been finally recognised as the authorised representative of foreign investor and the directors nominated by him on the board of Nepal Recreation Centre Pvt Ltd — Shanti Chadha, Shalini Wadhwa, T R Bhatt and Rakesh Wadhwa — as the rightful board, states a press release issued here by Nepal Recreation Centre Pvt Ltd today.

The Registrar of Companies on Tuesday issued a letter recognising Rakesh Wadhwa as the main foreign investor and the board led by him as the rightful board of the Nepal Recreation Centre.

“American citizen Richard Doyle Tuttle is de-reecognised by the Registrar of Companies,” states the release.
