KATHMANDU: MAW Enterprises, the authorised distributor of Yamaha motorcycles and scooters in Nepal, has extended its solidarity towards Fourth United Nations Global Road Safety Week 2017 which has kicked off from Monday and will continue till May 14.

As a part of its social initiative, MAW Enterprises has supported to facilitate the organisation of the road safety week.

The campaign is being organised in coordination with Nepal Traffic Police, Road Safety Society Nepal, Department of Road, Kathmandu Municipality and Rotary International District-3292 for creating awareness of road safety among pedestrians and drivers.

This year the message of Road Safety Week focuses on speed of vehicles with tagline ‘Save Lives #Slow Down’.
