Jaya Bageshwari wins RSON’s 4th regional final

Jaya Bageshwori wins Real School of Nepal Regional ChampionshipKATHMANDU: Jaya Bageshwari Higher Secondary School has became the regional champion of the Real School of Nepal (RSON) 2016 for Mid Far Western Region.

Taking part in various activities in senior and junior categories, Bipana Upadhyaya, Esther Thapa, Prakash Shrestha, Karishma Pokhrel, Sweta Verma and Kashish Rupakheti, made their school the winner of the fourth regional final of the RSON 2016 held on June 2 in Nepalgunj.

They will participate in the grand finale that will be held in Capital, mentioned a press release issued by Dabur Nepal.

Among the students of various schools who participated in different activities, the winners from the senior category included —  Pushpanjali Poudel from Prabhat Memorial High School (Extempore), Saru Gurung from Bright Future Academy (Dance), and Abhinab Thapa from Sagarmatha English Boarding School (Football Juggling).

Likewise the winner of the junior category were Sweta Verma from Jaya Bageshwari Higher Secondary School (Painting), Riya Kunwar from Bheri English Medium High School (3 Minutes to Fame), and Nishant Bohara from Sagarmatha English Boarding School (Score the Real Goal).

As continuity of its scholarship programme, two students — Bimal Kumar Thater and Sweta Bista — were awarded scholarship worth Rs 25,000.

The fifth regional final for Western region will be held in Butwal on July 5.
