7-yr-old sets flight record

A seven-year-old boy in Ecuador has become the youngest person ever to fly in a plane with zero gravity. Jules Nader and his brother Gerard were on board the first test flight of the plane, which lets passengers feel what it’s like to be in space. Ecuador’s first astronaut Ronnie Nader, who’s also the boys dad, led the project developed by Ecuador’s Air Force and Civil Space Agency.

Jules spent 50 seconds floating in zero gravity during the hour-long flight. Jules is a Guinness World Record holder. He said, “When we were at zero gravity we felt like something was going up your body. And all of a sudden we all moved upwards and then we turned like Spiderman.”
