I still remember the day I entered the school premises. How time flies! Even today I feel I have just joined school and before I realise it is already time to bid goodbye. For some people it may be easier to leave the place, which taught us many things, but for me it will be a difficult task to move on. It was in Alok Vidya Ashram that I got to learn the human values. It is here that I learnt how life should be lived, understood how refreshing it is to start the day with meditation and to love and respect my parents and teachers. 

I was taught to believe in myself, to work hard and strive harder for my goals. All the credit goes to my teachers. I don’t know how to thank them but through this article I want to tell them how much they mean to me and I will always remain grateful for their love and support.

Friends are part and parcel of school life and in this school I learnt to treasure friendship, share joys and sorrows and help them at the time of need. I want to take this opportunity to thank my friends who have helped me to grow into a better person. I was given various responsibilities and opportunities to display my talents. From a meek and shy kid I turned to be a responsible, independent and confident girl. Here I was moulded to become a better human being and responsible citizen. Adieu, my school!
