Amber Gurung returns home from hospital
KATHMANDU: Veteran musician Amber Gurung returned home on Wednesday after undergoing treatment at a New Delhi-based hospital for weeks.
The music composer of Nepali national anthem, Gurung (78) is suffering from diabetes and Parkinson's disease.
Gurung was welcomed by his family members and musicians at the Tribhuvan International Airport with the music of the national anthem today.
Music composer Ratan Chand said the septuagenarian is fine now.
He was admitted to the Medanta Hospital in Gurgaon of the Indian capital in early February.
