London: Sexy singer Beyonce Knowles has announced plans to take on a series of solo projects, just days after announcing that her group Destiny’s Child will be disbanded.

‘Survivor’ hitmakers Knowles, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams announced earlier this month that they will no longer be a trio after their world tour ends in September this year.

Knowles, who has enjoyed phenomenal success as a solo artist, is planning to record a single for ‘The Pink Panther’ soundtrack, and ho-pes to do more music for the upcoming screen version of the musical ‘Dreamgirls’, for which she starts shooting in December this year. — HNS
