MUMBAI: Hollywood may be knocking at her door but actress Bipasha Basu is not too keen to try her luck in the West.

She has been reportedly offered Sir Ben Kingsley’s film on the Taj Mahal, said moving to Hollywood would mean starting her career anew.

“I have worked very hard to build my name here and I am happy with the kind of work that I am doing,” Basu said at an event. “In Hollywood, I have to start from scratch.” “Here people know my talent and have accepted me but I have to prove myself in the West and they have to accept me too.”

“I want to balance my work now by doing both art house films and commercial movies,” she said. “As an actor it is good to be versatile and showcase your talent.”
