Comic actor Jack Black has revealed that he consumed drugs and committed crimes as a teenager since he was eager to become an “American bad a**”.

Black admits that he wanted to be a criminal while growing up and used cocaine but has now changed forever, reports contactmusic.com.

“In ninth grade I did acid and cocaine. I wanted desperately to be an American bad a** ... a criminal. You want to belong to the tough guy club — running from the cops, hiding in the bushes, making schemes and plans to get it over on the man,” the actor said.
