Britney's boys are heading to Europe

HOLLYWOOD: Britney Spears has been granted permission from ex-husband Kevin Federline for her two sons to join her when she tours Europe.

The pop superstar wrapped up her North American shows in Montreal, Canada on Tuesday night and will head to London in June to continue her Circus tour.

The singer will then spend six weeks touring Europe, but the star will not have to go long without seeing Sean Preston, three, and two-year-old Jayden James - her former partner will allow the boys to travel abroad to see their mother.

Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, insists his client has agreed to help Spears juggle childcare arrangements while on the road outside of America.

He tells America's OK! magazine, "Federline is more than happy to help facilitate Britney being able to see the boys on the European leg of the tour.

"Although she should not have to sacrifice visits with her boys while pursuing her career, Kevin has even been able to make sure that Britney can maintain the boys' regular schedule, even though she's on tour."

Spears' tour concludes in Germany on 26 June.
