LAS VEGAS: Singer Chris Brown will sue Liziane Gutierrez, the woman who brought his name into the negative spotlight with allegations that he snatched her mobile phone and punched her in the eye.

According to TMZ, Brown would soon file a defamation suit against Gutierrez.

“Keeping my circle small in 2016! I’m done taking the care of grown a** men,” Brown captioned a photograph of himself, which was posted on his Instagram account.

“And I’m going to be hella rich after all the lawsuits I file from these crazy individuals who keep lying on my name. Happy New Year! Time for some of us to grow the f**k up,” he added.

According to Gutierrez, Brown took her phone when he found out she slipped it inside his private party at the Palms Casino Resort hotel room here on January 2. She also said he punched her in the eye, yelled and left.

His representative Nicole Perna has vehemently denied all of the woman’s claims, saying her charges are “unequivocally untrue”.
