He had served kodo (millet) pudding, mango leather (amot), swichwen pepper biscuits made with clarified butter and gram flour with chargrilled mango, lime and mint sorbet which impressed judges to the full extent. Likewise, his first dish with rabbit leg did a satisfying job.

Complicated technique, stunning results. ? Santosh's mango snowball impressed the judges... after a tricky moment during the plating! ?

The six chefs, who were in the final week, were assigned a test where they must produce their take on a classic dish. The first dish was to be prepared with a twist on rabbit in mustard sauce and bouillabaisse with a rouille and a crouton. The second dish was a dessert where judges tested the competitors' pastry skills.

Meanwhile, the penultimate round tonight, that continues with four chefs, will have a menu for some of the most respected chefs in the UK: Aktar Islam, Matt Abé, Sally Abé, Michael Caines, Jun Tanaka, Niall Keating, Daniel Clifford and Anna Haugh. And this will decide which three continue to cook on in the final round.
