We have many misconceptions about dance. Some take it as a sign of vulgarism, whereas some count dance of women as against their culture and religion. But the advantages of dance overshadow these. Dance helps us express our happiness and is counted as one of the best methods of making merry and strengthening the bond of love and cooperation among the members of society.
It has many personal benefits as well. It helps us stay fit and active. Therefore, there should be nothing to grumble about while dancing! And it is not that obese people cannot dance, dancing is open to all. If you think you cannot dance, think of all the benefits and get ready to dance.
