KATHMANDU: The Spinal Injury Rehabilitation centre (SIRC) in collaboration with the Gokarna Forest Golf Resort in its bid to support the centre organised its third SIRC Charity Golf Tournament on November 19. Golf holes had been sold to embassies and corporate houses for Rs 5,000 each, the proceeds of which is be donated to SIRC. The tournament was attended by a number of the city’s well-known personalities and avid golfers. A sumptuous lunch was followed by a raffle with exciting prizes for non-golfers. The SIRC has been organising Charity Golf Tournament every year as a token of respect for the people living with spinal injury and at the same time raise funds for the Spinal Injury Rehabilitation Centre.
