KATHMANDU:

The sixth annual painting exhibition by Spectrum is being held at Nepal Art Council, Babar Mahal.

The exhibition has works created by artists during workshops conducted at a number of places like Ichangu Narayan, Bishankhu Narayan, Shesh Narayan and Changu Narayan known for their historical, cultural and religious values.

A variety of works has been put up and these are done in various styles. From fine lines to abstract creations, some are done in light, faint colours while some are bold and bright. Temples, houses, deities, people, and abstract creations share space with each other.

Artists Bhisma Khatri, Bishnu Chaudhary, Deeya Bajracharya, Dinesh Upadhyaya, Hari Nepali, Indra Bahadur Khatri, Ishan Pariyar, Kishor Kanaujiya, Nagen Singh, Naveen Karmacharya, Pratik Rayamajhi, Ramkrishna Thapa, Suman Shrestha and Suresh Syangtan Tamang’s works are on display.

The exhibition is on till September 28.
