The Hits FM Music Award has always been a looked-forward to event. And now, to everyone’s delight, the wait is over for this year’s nominations. Yes, the nominees for the 11th Hits FM Music Awards 2064 BS are out. These were declared at a press meet organised on October 14 here.

Apart from the earlier 18 categories, another category has been added, that of best music arrangement. The nominations include music singles, albums, music videos and soundtracks registered at Hits FM in the year 2063 BS. The preliminary nominations were based on a nationwide poll conducted through the Hits FM website. Later the list of prospective nominees was uploaded, along with the nomination form, which was also published in the various print media.

A panel of judges will decide the winner. Hits FM Music Awards incepted in 1997 awarding artistes in seven categories, being the first music awards given by a private company on a national level.
