HOLLYWOOD: Glamour model Katie Price is reportedly under 24-hour guard after receiving a string of death threats since she quit the TV jungle.

Price fears she has been drawn into a feud between her cage fighter lover Alex Reid and a jailed gang boss, Daily Mail online reported.

And she is so scared she may cancel the plans of ex-husband Peter Andre to take their two children to visit his sick dad in Australia.

"Peter is desperate for her to do the decent thing and let him take the kids out to Oz," a source close to the star said.

"But Katie is petrified about letting the kids out of her sight at the moment with all these threats flying around," the source said.

'I'm A Celebrity' bosses revealed Katie, 31, received a stack of hate mail during her ill-fated stint in the jungle.

ITV2 presenter Caroline Flack said, "The e-mails we received about Katie were horrendous."

The mails the model to beef up her family's security after her return from Australia last week. And she even took on a personal body-guard to watch over her night and day.

"The guy is massive. He looks like the wrestler Giant Haystacks," the source added.

But events took a more sinister turn when Price's former boyfriend Alex Reid's feud with international cocaine trafficker Nick Wood was revealed. And the bust-up has sparked fears that Price herself could be caught up in a gangland revenge.
