London: Kylie Minogue’s boyfriend Olivier Martinez has defied pressure from movie bosses to return to his latest film set - so that he can look after his sick girlfriend.

The ‘Unfaithful’ star, 39, - who was tipped to make his Hollywood breakthrough with the movie - has refused to cave in to demands on his filming commitments to remain with 36-year-old Kylie as she recovers from surgery for breast cancer. The couple that has been dating for two years was planning a child.
