Management workshop to be held

Kathmandu:

A special training workshop on ‘Customer Relationship Management (CRM)’ is being held at Hotel De’l Annapurna on September 28 rom 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. The Himalayan Times is the official media for this event, which is being organised by Kanishka Management of Productive Learning, a wing of Kanishka Marketing P Ltd (KMPL).

This wing is dedicated to training and workshops for the benefit of categorised citizens of Nepal. Managing Director and CEO of KMPL, Kumar Kaushal is himself a resource person and a motivator, trainer-cum-consultant (HRD) and knows the importance of such training and workshops. Kaushal has conducted such programmes from many reputed organisations of Nepal.

The resource person for the workshop is Kamalji Sahay, an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, and is at present the zonal manager of LIC of India after doing some successful work at reputed organisations. Topics like building customer relationship, action plan for implementation of customer relationship management, CRM strategies, customer life cycle will be tackled in the workshop, which will be beneficial for working professionals.
