Miley Cyrus looking for Roadie

LOS ANGELES: Miley Cyrus is offering fans the chance to be her 'roadie' for the day to help raise money for her charity.

Miley Cyrus is offering fans the chance to be her 'roadie' for the day.

The singer-and-actress has teamed up with internet auction site eBay to offer the unique prize in aid of raising funds for her Pappy Cyrus Family Foundation charity, which helps children in need.

The 'roadie' - which is a slang word for a member of the road crew who join musicians on tour to assist with the concert set-up - and three of their friends will join Miley on her 14-date US tour and will get to hang out with her backstage.

The 16-year-old beauty is also auctioning off some of her "favourite" outfits, including the dress she wore to the premiere of her movie 'Bolt' last year.

The 'roadie' will not be the only youngster Miley is taking under her wing.

It was recently revealed she had been giving Tom Cruise's son acting lessons.

The 'Hannah Montana' star is helping 14-year-old Connor Cruise to make it in Hollywood by letting him watch her work.

The teenager - who is the adopted son of Tom and his ex-wife Nicole Kidman - has been "job shadowing" Miley on the set of her hit Disney series.

Miley said: "I guess he wants to be an actor too, he is really cute."
