MUMBAI: Bollywood might be happening slowly for Neha Dhupia, but guess what, she’s been chosen as a beauty ambassador for India by American pop singer, actress and fashion entrepreneur Jessica Simpson for her TV show Price of Beauty.

Jessica, best friend Cacee Cobb and celebrity hairstylist Ken Paves zip around the world finding out what beauty means to different people. And, they have a segment on Bollywood, it being the biggest film production empire in the world, for which Neha was selected from among all desi hotties in B-Town to be the show’s beauty ambassador.

“The producers got to know about me because of the US mini series I did called Bollywood Hero,” said Neha, who was asked whether Indian women wear sarees all the time. “I said we wear it only on special occasions. In keeping with my personality, I’ll wear something Indo-Western for the show. But I know for sure that Jessica will be draped in a saree,” said the actress, who will be shooting for the show next week in Mumbai. According to sources, Jessica along with her crew, who are doing this show for a popular international music channel, will also be hosting a big Bollywood party at the end of the shoot.
