PICK OF THE WEEK: JKR relieved about Potter end

JK Rowling has admitted that part of her will be relieved to see the end of the Harry Potter series. “There will be a sense of liberation because there are pressures involved in writing something as popular,” said the author. “Wonderful though it’s been, I think that there will also be a certain freedom in escaping that particular part of writing Harry Potter.” But JK also said was going to be “quite sad” to see the back of the boy wizard. “I’ll probably go through a mourning period and then I’ll have to think of something else to write,” she said. JK has already revealed that two more of her characters get killed off before the end of the series. She is currently working on the seventh and final book.
