Positive maya

Knowledge is given to us in the form of questions and answers. From primary school to the university that’s how we are taught, conditioned, hypnotized. And naturally, after one third of your life is wasted in that way you become accustomed to it. Then you start asking about love, life, God, meditation, your divine melody-in the same way!”

—Osho

We are selfish and have miseries within us because we are frustrated being separated from our origin and struggle just to get to our true destiny. We need to feel peace within ourselves, be contented and feel relaxed. We need to realize and know our divine origin within us to get rid of all our woes and miseries.

We are gifted with five senses – touch, hear, smell, taste and see. These help us in carrying out different tasks. Though they continue doing a wonderful job in our body but we solely cannot depend on them to find true joy in our lives. Our eyes see the beauty of the world but fail to see the beauty that lies inside. Similarly we get to hear different types of sound, thanks to ear but after all it fail to hear the divine melody.

This seems to be the overwhelming grief born by the departure of an individual from his origin. People might have earned many degrees, diplomas, and medals but in true sense they might not have earned the eternal treasure of bliss that lies undiscovered within them.

In search of ourselves there must be innumerable religious books, books regarding self development, mind, consciousness, books written by great authors that we have devoured, but isn’t it a very depressing to know that we have never read voluminous unwritten book on ourselves?

“Expectation always brings disappointment and frustration,” says Osho. If we try deeply to understand this sentence, we find the question and answer in the same phrase. There isn’t any need of explaining or making things clear because we can understand and feel it. We have practised expectation and suffered with disappointment and frustration. So, leaving all these things aside we need to search the Godliness that is within us.This discovery is an important factor that will help us realise our destination. This destination eventually is happiness.
