KATHMANDU:

Silver Mountain School of Hotel Management held its Third Annual Graduation Ceremony on April 17 at Megha Malhar Hall, Hotel Soaltee Crowne Plaza. The chief guest for the ceremony was Dr Bhoj Raj Ghimire, Chief Secretary, with Subhash Niroula, acting CEO of NTB as the guest of honour.

The programme for the graduates was entirely organised by their juniors, and they did a noteworthy job. They made sure that it would be a momentous day for the 30 graduating students. It was a fun filled programme and also marked by emotional moments, specially when the graduates shared their feelings. The programme was well attended by people from embassies, government offices and educational institutes.

A special function was held to honour some of the most deserving persons of the college. Rajiv Giri was chosen the Best Student, and Nima Sherpa as Outstanding Student. It was not only students who basked in the glory, the Best Teacher was given to Indra Raj Bhandari, whereas Neel Kumar Tamang and Sundar Pokharel were chosen as Best Employees.
