When it comes to marketing and investing, everyone in Bollywood knows how shrewd Shah Rukh Khan is. After putting in his money on an IPL cricket team, a successfully running movie production house and a VFX company, SRK it seems have seriously got smitten by a new interest.

The latest money-minting venture in which Shah Rukh has invested is the real estate. On the Al Dana Island in Ras Al Khaimah, which is one of UAE’s seven emirates, the king of Bollywood is bringing up a housing project named as Shah Rukh Khan Boulevard. Designed architect Tony Ashai, the project comprises studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. SRK has teamed up with the leading real estate financial consultancy in the UAE called TSA International Investments for the project. — Agencies
