Studying medicine in P’pines

If your dream has been to study medicine in the Philippines, then it just might be time enough for your dream to come true. The Healthcare Management International (HCMI) is launching its MBBS degree for universities in Philippines in Nepal. The HCMI, Singapore is a global healthcare recruitment and educational network, with specialised centers in China, India, Philippines, Singapore, Virgin Islands, Canada and the US. The Nepal office of HCMI is located at Kathmandu Plaza.
The course is divided into three segments — Pre-clinical, Para Clinical and Clinical phase. Students require an average of 50 per cent marks in English, Biological Sciences, Physics and Chemistry in their 10 + 2 examinations to apply. Those who are currently studying MBBS can also continue their studies in these colleges.
The Philippine Universities included in the HCMI MBBS programme are University of Northern Philippines, Davao Medical School Foundation, Cagayan State University, Our Lady of
Fatima University, Emilio, Aguinaldo College, University of the East Ramon Magsaysay and Tarlac State University.
