Antarctica is being hit by the effects of climate change, with glaciers melting far faster than was previously thought, say scientists. The effects of rising temperatures in some parts of the Antarctic have been known for a while, but now research has shown much larger areas are warming up. Scientists say the speedy melting rate may lead to a huge rise in sea levels.
