Steven Tyler, lead singer of the rock band Aerosmith, may quit the band because other members are not treating him properly, says his daughter Liv.

According to a source, Liv, who starred in the Lord of the Rings trilogy, is telling people “her dad is going to announce he’s leaving Aerosmith soon because he can’t take how the rest of the band is treating him”.

“She said they don’t appreciate him,” pagesix.com quoted the source as saying. Liv’s rep could not be reached for comment but Steven’s representative said, “Liv never said anything about her father leaving Aerosmith.”

The band is preparing to perform in India’s IT city Bangalore June 2.
