Garden Terrace at Soaltee Crowne Plaza Hotel is presenting a four course Valentine’s Day special meal. The menu includes a starter selection of ‘Simply Enamor ado’ made of chunks of tuna and egg beans or ‘Novio Meil’ prepared by oven baked tomato wedges and sweet basil pine nuts pesto marinated with olive oil. Before treating your taste buds to a culinary climax, you may warm up your palate with the light soups of choices — ‘Padrino’s Amiga’ containing shrimp, wild mushroom with oven roasted zucchini or ‘Amour’ prepared with asparagus, American corn and garlic flakes with smoked Cognac.
For the main course choose from ‘Novia’s Infatuations’ — sweet basil, Dijon mustard scented grilled shrimp with Arborio risotto; herb butter an glazed Legumes parcel or you may try ‘Peter’s Komida’ milano polenta and pimentos roasted almond rice with virgin olive and Ranchero.

On the first day, the restaurant offers the perfect setting for Valentine’s Eve dinner and Valentine’s Day lunch with a special five-course dinner for lovers to enjoy. Diners on this night will be made to feel extra special from the moment they arrive with a greeting of vodka-infused chocolate-covered strawberries and a complimentary glass of sparkling rosé during the meal. Likewise on the main day, the restaurant offers an intimate five-course set menu as well as à la carte options with love-infused specials created for the occasion by the Executive Chef. The special five course menu includes Amuse Bouche (Cupid Portion) — Mushroom Bruschetta, Grilled Vegetable Tart and Warm Watermelon Shooter followed by Soup (Simmering Passion) — Curried Butternut Squash Soup or Shrimp, Clam and Tomato broth. For Salad (Intimate Touch), there are two options — Crabmeat salad with juliennes of bell peppers, cucumber and beets or a Mesclun mix with strawberry and orange segments, drizzled with citrus vinaigrette.
As for the main course (Straight from the Heart), the outlet is offering three options — Rosemary Lamb Chops (Served with mushroom risotto, jardinière vegetable. and rosemary jus) or Supreme of chicken (Served with soufflé potato, jardinière vegetable and sauce supreme) or Homemade ravioli stuffed with spinach and cheese (Served with garlic butter, crisp sage and eggplant tartare). The dinner ends with dessert (With Eternal Love) — dark temptation chocolate and strawberry mousse. The outlet is also featuring live performance by the in-house band.
