KATHMANDU: Police on Wednesday have arrested a woman in possession of controlled pharmaceutical drugs from Jaisidewal, KMC-30 of Kathmandu.

Sabina Magar (32) of Khatripauwa, Dhading was arrested in possession of phenergan (169 ampoules), diazepam (160 ampoules) and norphin (59 ampoules).

A team of police deployed from the Metropolitan Police Circle, Janasewa had nabbed her in possession of the drugs from her rented room in Jaisidewal.

Police are investigating into the case.
