Rs 2.2 lakh seized, 8 arrested for gambling in Chabahil
KATHMANDU: As many as eight persons were arrested on the charge of illegal gambling from a house in Chabahil of KMC-7 on Monday, police said.
Police yesterday arrested Sanjay Shrestha and seven others from Shrestha's residence red-handed.
Police also seized Rs 224,405 cash along with 14 decks of cards from the site
Further investigation into the case is underway, said police.
