KATHMANDU: Police said that they have arrested two persons in possession of various controlled pharmaceutical drugs from Gongabu, Naya Bus Park of Kathmandu, on Wednesday.

The arrestees have been identified as Sarik Miyan (19) and Maulaha Din Miyan (21) of Rajhar in Nawalparasi district, informed police.

Police have also seized various quantities of buprenorphine, phenergan, diazepam, nitrovit and nitrosun from them.

Police are investigating further into the case.
