Kathmandu, February 27:

President of INSEC Subodh Raj Pyakurel today said security personnel barred him from enjoying his human rights by turning him away from the Tribhuvan International Airport yesterday.

He said security officials at the airport did not allow him to fly to Nepalgunj where he was supposed to attend a two-day training programme on Human Rights and Humanitarian Law for security personnel as a resource person. The programme, scheduled to take place on February 27-28, was organised by INSEC Mid-Western Regional Office with support of local security agencies.
