Bhaktapur, October 28:

Madhyapur Art Council today got a new leadership to run the six-year old institution to promote folk music, dance and cultural heritage. Santakumar Prajapati was chosen as the new chairman of the Council. Tulsi Narayan Prajapati, Bijaya Kumari Prajapati, Shyam Shrestha and Bishnu Bahadur Prajapati are vice-chairman, secretary, assistant secretary and treasurer of the Council. Other members elected today are KB Prajapati, Kul Ratna Manandhar, Balmukunda Prajapati and Tulsiram Prajapati.
