Bangladeshis, Indians held with cocaine in Kathmandu

KATHMANDU: Three Bangladeshis and two Indians have been arrested in possession of four gram cocaine from Sitapaila of Kathmandu on Friday.

Police said the suspects were working at the house of Ritesh Goyal as labourers in Sitapaila, KMC-15.

They have been identified as Mohammad Kamal Huselo (31), Mohammad Sarifpul (35) and Mohammad Billal Morol (35) from Bangladesh; and Firoz Ahamad (30) and Sanjaya Ray (30) from West Bengal of India.

A team deployed from the Metropolitan Police Circle, Swayambhu, had confiscated the drug and nabbed the suspects, acting on a tip-off.

Further investigation is being carried away by police.
