KATHMANDU: Police have arrested a man for his alleged involvement in a theft case, on Wednesday.

The arrestee has been identified as Ram Prajapati (46) of Saagbari of Kaushaltar in Thimi Municipality-15 of Bhaktapur district.

According to police, some thieves had broken into Ganesh Man Koje’s house and stolen Rs 700,000 cash placed in a drawer under her bed.

Police said further investigation is underway with Prajapati, who is in custody.
