KATHMANDU: Managing director of the Pairavi Prakashan, Padam Siwakoti, releasing a book titled Naya Tatha Kanoonko Kathgharama on Wednesday, said people were not showing interest in reading books except those mentioned in curricula. A former judge and author of the book, Dr Shankar Kumar Shrestha, urged the government to formulate laws and provide justice to the victims of crimes. — HNS
