KATHMANDU:The Constituent Assembly on Friday began discussion on the concept paper presented by the Committee on Natural Resources, Economic Rights and Revenue Sharing. The CA panel had submitted the report last Sunday.

The CA members are scheduled to hold debates on the paper over next five consecutive days.

Three other CA panels -- State Restructuring Committee, Committee of Forms of Governance and Constitutional Committee -- are yet to complete their report.

Mid-December is the deadline for the committee to submit their respective reports. .
