KATHMANDU: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) on Tuesday filed a graft case at the Special Court against a school teacher for fake teaching licence.

The CIAA said its investigation showed that Chet Prasad Kafle, who was a primary teacher at the Syangti, Sindhuli-based Janapremi Higher Secondary School, had presented forged teaching licence to get the job.

The anti-graft constitutional body has sought maximum punishment against the accused as per the existing Prevention of Corruption Act, 2002.
