KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari and PM KP Sharma Oli extended their felicitation and best wishes on the occasion of Constitution Day and National Day on Sunday.
The President and Prime Minister along with other dignitaries attended a programme at Tudikhel.
Meanwhile, Heads of the State and Governments of various countries also extended their messages of felicitation on this occasion.
