Kathmandu, September 26

Media Advocacy Group and UN Women have awarded three women for their outstanding performance in seeking Right to Information on various subjects.

Rina Shrestha of Sindhupalchowk, Goma Thapa of Dhading and Dev Kumari Parajuli of Kathmandu were honoured with RTI Champion Award amidst a programme here today. Minister of Communications and Information Technology Gokul Prasad Baskota gave away the award, along with a cash prize of

Rs 25,000, to the awardees.
