KATHMANDU: Police have arrested four persons for their alleged involvement in extorting money from motorists in Totipakha, Naikap of Chandragiri Municipality, Kathmandu on Thursday.

Police have arrested Bunu Shahi (31) and three other locals for forcing vehicles plying the Nagdhunga-Naikap road section to stop and pay money for them.

Police are investigating into the case.
