Chinese national held with cocaine worth millions

KATHMANDU: Police on Sunday said they have arrested a Chinese national in possession of a huge cache of cocaine worth millions of rupees.

An official at Nepal Police Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) said an NCB team nabbed the suspect from Kathmandu.

Police, however, have not disclosed the suspect's identity yet.

Earlier on May 25, the NCB had apprehended three foreigners and a Nepali national in possession of 2.683 kg of cocaine.

The NCB is organising a press conference in the Capital this afternoon to parade him.
