CPN Maoist Centre to hold national assembly on Oct 26-27

KATHMANDU: The CPN Maoist Centre's Secretariat meeting has decided to organise the party’s National Assembly on October 26-27.

The meeting was chaired by Prime Minister and the party’s Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal.

The meeting held at the party’s central office in Paris Danda on Monday has decided to call the National Assembly to take concrete decisions on the party's organisational issues.

“We held a serious discussion about the party organisation in the Secretariat meeting. Then, a decision has been made to organise the National Assembly on coming October 26 and 27 to manage the party’s internal organisation,” informed the party’s Spokesperson Pampha Bhusal after the meeting.

According to Bhusal, the Assembly would attempt to make the party organisation well-managed and compact while it would prepare strategies for local elections so as to ensure the victory.
