Crown Prince opens health exhibition

Kathmandu, May 3:
Crown Prince Paras inaugurated the weeklong ‘Health Exhibition’ at Bhrikuti Mandap today.
The Health Exhibition, which will continue till May 9, is being organised by the Aishwarya Health Relief Fund (AHRF), and is targeted at the secondary-level school students to complement their school curriculum.
Crown Prince Paras and Crown Princess Himani visited the stalls at the exhibition put up by various government and non-government organisations regarding information and products on health, environment and science.
In her welcome speech, member-secretary of Social Welfare Council (SWC), Sharada Singh, said, “This informative exhibition is aimed at school children to complement their curriculum, which will help them gain practical knowledge.”
She added the SWC had been organising social programmes every six months.
