KATHMANDU: A minor was injured after he was hit by a taxi in Gongabu of Kathmandu on Thursday morning.

The injured as been identified as Shiva Thami (14) of Dolakha district, currently residing in Tokha.

Thami was riding his bicycle alongside the road in Gongabu when a taxi hit him at 4:30 am today, informed police.

Thami was rushed to the Samakhushi-based All Nepal Hospital, where he is undergoing treatment.

Meanwhile, further investigation into the case is underway and search is on for the absconding taxi driver, said police.
