The Election Constituency Delimitation Commission has prepared its report on revision of constituencies and is ready to hand it over to PM Girija Prasad Koirala. “We could not submit the report on Sunday because the PM did not give us time. We may submit the report on Monday,” said ECDC spokesman Gokul Prasad Burlakoti.
